Welcome to the homepage of CPN-Africa, a contact point network (CPN) to guide young African scientists (YAS) into the research grants on poverty related diseases provided by 7th Research Framework Programme of the European Union.
The 7th Research Framework Programme (FP7) of the European Union, which has started in 2007 and will run for 7 years, provides 6.1 billion Euros to study Health related issues. One priority of the programme are infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis etc. If you are interested in how to apply, to link up with others and to benefit from this, please contact your Regional Contact Point (RCP) or Local Contact Point (LCP) or use our FP7 e-learning tool for more information about the 7th Research Framework Programme. RCPs and LCPs will provide practical support for applicants by providing them with the necessary information, making the connection with European partners and giving help with application forms, budgeting and any other formal, financial and legal aspect of EU funding. |
